Bernard Jones has over 30 years of international work experience in the logistics and supply chain industry. Specialising in designing and implementing ‘Just in Time’ inventory strategies which are employed to increase efficiency, decrease waste and reduce inventory costs.

He has extensive knowledge in the design, specification, use and introduction of IT systems in various industries and has managed the up-skilling of staff to new systems and has project managed system and process transition for many companies.

He works directly with managers and staff to develop and implement strategic, system and process change initiatives from within to drive sustainable growth.

Padraig Friel is a highly experience project management professional with over 20 years business experience.

He has a Masters in Project Management from the University of Limerick and holds Prince 2 and IPMA-C accreditations.

He specialises in Portfolio, Programme & Project Management (P3) and this is widely recognised as one of the pre-eminent business skills of the 21st  century, because of the complex and constantly changing competitive business environment that demands a professional and reliable approach to change and delivery solutions.

Application of customised project management methodologies, processes, concepts, tools, techniques in delivering proven project management solutions that are both effective and cost efficient.

Patrick has over 30 years’ experience in senior management, most recently as CEO and Company Secretary of the Electro-Technical Council of Ireland, an altruistic organisation responsible for the development of electrotechnical standards, promotion of electrical safety and electrical certification. In this role he worked closely with Government Departments, state-sponsored organisations, and national and international standardisation bodies in which he developed his advocacy and lobbying skills.

 

Patrick served as an Engineer Officer with the Irish Army reaching the rank of Commandant in the Ordnance Corps. His main function was in materials management and he has extensive experience in procurement, quality audits on external manufacturers and suppliers, quality assurance, stock control and inventory management, project management and statistical analysis.

 

He holds a B.Sc from the National University of Ireland Galway and his post graduate achievements include Mechanical Engineering (UCC), Quality Management (TCD), Computing & Data Analysis (DIT) and most recently Business Innovation Management (DCU Ryan Academy)
